Activate Klarna’s Christmas campaign in you WooCommerce store

If you’re selling with Klarna you now have the possibility to activate Klarnas Christmas campaign in your WooCommerce store. The Christmas campaign gives your customers the possibility to purchase now and pay by the end of January (beginning of February for Norway & Finland).

• The Christmas campaign is available between November 1 – December 31.
• The campaign is available for merchants in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
• If you’re selling with Klarna Checkout, you don’t have to do anything. The campaign will be added automatically.

Activate the Christmas campaign in your WooCommerce store

1. Get in contact with Klarna and submit your interest for the Christmas campaign.
2. Make sure that you have version 1.9.2 or above of the Klarna extension for WooCommerce installed.
3. Navigate to –> WooCommerce –> Settings –> Checkout –> Klarna Special campaign
   Activate the payment method Klarna Special campaign.
   Name the payment method to Handla nu – Betala i januari (SE), Kjøp nå – Betal i begynnelsen av februar (NO) or Osta nyt, maksa helmikuussa (FI).
   As Icon URL you add the following address:
   https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/image/generic/logo/sv_se/basic/blue-black.png?width=90&eid=InsertYourEID
   – Remember to switch InsertYourEID to your actual eid.
   As Terms URL you add the following address
   https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/InsertYourEID/sv_se/christmas
   -Remember to switch InsertYourEID to your actual eid.
   – Change sv_se to nb_no and fi_fi for Norway and Finland.
